Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the catering and restaurant industry, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience from arrival to departure. Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or barista work is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. Duties
* Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently to ensure smooth seating arrangements
* Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and service
* Assist with food preparation tasks as required, adhering strictly to food safety standards
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
* Handle customer enquiries courteously, resolving any issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction
* Support bar operations by preparing drinks as needed, including barista-style beverages if applicable
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times during service
* Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Skills
* Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is advantageous
* Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure whilst maintaining attention to detail
* Experience in food preparation or barista work will be considered a plus
* Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
* A proactive attitude towards teamwork and customer service excellence
