With the guidance of our experienced chefs and through our training partner HIT Training, you'll earn while you learn over a 12-month programme, completing the Level 2 Production Chef apprenticeship. From there, you’ll have the opportunity to progress through further apprenticeships or through McMullen’s own in-house GROW training programme.
