We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. Proficiency in office management software and effective communication skills are essential for success in this position.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist guests and visitors in a courteous manner
* Check in and out holiday guests, ensuring they have had a good stay and wish to return
* Support the bar team with a 'one team' attitude
* Manage golf bookings using BRS
* Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately
* Perform data entry, filing, and clerical duties as needed
* Maintain organised records and manage office and shop supplies
* Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
* Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism
* Collaborate with team members to enhance office efficiency
Experience
* Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
* Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management practices
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
* Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry and filing systems
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience using Elite is preferred
* Background in customer service or administrative support is highly desirable
