KS2 Supply Teachers Needed – Flexible Opportunities Across Fareham

Dynamic and reliable KS2 teachers are needed for flexible supply opportunities across the Fareham area.
We work closely with a range of welcoming primary schools, ensuring pupils in Key Stage 2 continue to receive engaging and effective learning in their teacher’s absence.
Who we’re looking for
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Recent experience teaching in KS2 or upper primary settings
* A confident, positive and adaptable teaching style
* Strong behaviour management and the ability to build quick rapport with older primary pupils
* Reliability, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning
* Confidence delivering pre-planned lessons across Years 3–6
What your role will involve
* Delivering pre-planned lessons and keeping pupils engaged
* Maintaining continuity of learning during staff absences
* Creating a calm, positive and well-managed classroom environment
* Settling quickly into different schools and following their routines
* Supporting pupil's progress, well being and enjoyment throughout the day

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
