Job Opportunity: HR & Payroll Professional
We are partnered with a large, international membership organisation seeking an HR & Payroll professional for a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is busy and varied, requiring excellent attention to detail and a keen willingness to learn.
Key Duties include:
1. Processing payroll (training provided; experience with ITrent software is advantageous)
2. Managing Employee Journey from offer to end of probation
3. Handling benefits, promotions, salary reviews, and season ticket loan administration
4. Reporting and data analysis (experience with Business Object software is a plus)
Our client offers excellent training. We are looking for candidates who are immediately available and interested in advancing their HR careers, especially those with experience in professional institutes or membership organisations. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant HR or payroll experience.
