Key Responsibilities: • Leading on the delivery of business change activity, working with the Head of Business Change to support delivery of the Business Case, benefits and outcomes. • Acting as a bridge between the project/delivery and business users to ensure that activities are planned and completed to enable the business to implement the agreed change and realise the business benefits • Establish and maintain the change plan for specific areas of responsibility • Identify and classify stakeholders, ensuring their inclusion in stakeholder engagement plan. • Providing visible and effective leadership, lead the business change management activity and work with stakeholders to deliver the Business Case benefits and outcomes • Developing clear vision and standards to champion the use of best practice business change management standards, tools and processes. Improve local co-ordination and delivery of change projects through the development of local change roadmaps and specialist advice on how to implement. Ensuring effective communications with all areas of the business that they represent. Benefits identification and mapping. Identify stakeholders for inclusion in the stakeholder engagement plan. Training design and delivery and early life support. • Ability to work under broad direction in challenging and unpredictable environments. • Undertake other duties within the scope of grade and within the limits of skill competence/training as required • Travel may be required to other locations. The above lists of duties are not exhaustive, and the post holders may be required to undertake any of the above tasks or additional tasks not listed above, within the remit of their grade, to support the team. Skills and Experience: We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is not afraid to challenge where necessary but able to collaborate effectively to deliver. It is essential that you have: Essential: • Experience of working in a Project/Programme environment using both Waterfall and Agile project methodology. • Experience of delivering change plans and producing change management artefacts including stakeholder management plans, transition plans, adoption, and engagement plans. • Able to translate and simplify detailed information into a clear concise format that is understandable for a wider audience. • Experience of communicating with stakeholders at different levels. • Awareness/understanding of process analysis, benefits identification, and business continuity • Experience facilitating discussions and workshops with technical and non-technical individuals at all levels of experience and seniority. Change Management Qualification Desirable: • Proficient in the use of SharePoint. • Experience of working in a culture of continuous delivery and improvement. • Must have or be willing to work towards (and successfully obtain) a recognised qualification in Change Management.
