Receptionist – Welwyn Grange
Salary: £13.10 per hour
Hours: 24 hours per week, will also include alternate weekends
Welwyn Grange is a brand new care home, set within the heart of the community in Welwyn Garden City. We will be bringing a fresher approach to residential, nursing and support
Our receptionists will be the face of Welwyn Grange and know that our residents and their families are number 1 - a warm welcome, and a positive attitude make a natural host!!
As the “face” of Welwyn Grange, you will have a passion for delivering a warm, professional welcome to our residents and their families with care with compassion.
You will take pride in your reception area, and ensure that it creates a warm but professional environment whilst maintaining good relationships with residents, their families and other staff ensuring confidentiality at all times. You will also provide administration support to the Referrals and Administration Manager.
At Welwyn Grange we value our team and you will be encouraged to develop your skills further through our commitment to training and support, in return you will demonstrate a good work ethic and excellent communication skills.
