HVAC Sales Professional – Maintenance Agreements & New Business Development

What You'll Do:
* Uncover and cultivate new business opportunities across your region.
* Respond quickly to leads and referrals, building strong rapport with prospects while identifying their facility needs.
* Conduct comprehensive building surveys and present cost-effective HVAC maintenance solutions.
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and sales presentations that clearly outline the value of service agreements.
* Develop strategic relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
* Support the operations team by identifying opportunities for service enhancements or system upgrades.
What We're Looking For:
* A solid understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical systems and their components.
* Confidence in navigating decision-making structures and effectively handling objections during the sales process.
* Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
* A self-starter with a positive attitude, strong conceptual thinking, and a commitment to collaboration.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
