SEN Tutor
Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour
Job Duties:
* Provide one-to-one support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
* Develop individualised learning plans based on students' needs
* Implement specialised teaching techniques to assist SEN students in their learning
* Monitor and assess student progress regularly
* Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and other professionals involved in the students' education
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience working with students with SEN
* Knowledge of SEN strategies and interventions
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring SEN students
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of SEN Code of Practise
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Strong organisational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Additional qualifications in SEN education
* Training in specific SEN interventions
Working Conditions:
* Part-time hours, flexible schedule
* Work closely with students in educational settings
* Potential travel to different locations within Oxfordshire

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
