Job Summary / Purpose
We are looking for an HR Assistant to handle a variety of personnel‑related administrative duties. The role serves as a liaison between the HR team and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will support daily HR activities, coordinate policies, processes, and relevant documents, and assist with recruitment lifecycle tasks such as posting ads, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities
* Assist with day‑to‑day operations of HR functions and duties.
* Assist with payroll and cover holidays within the department.
* Provide support to our HR Manager and HR Administrator.
* Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
* Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations.
* Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
* Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
* Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
* Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating the database.
