We are recruiting on behalf of our client for an Adaptation Surveyor to join a busy and supportive team delivering essential adaptation works for vulnerable residents.
Responsibilities
* You will manage adaptation projects from survey through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
* Preparing specifications, schedules of works, and AutoCAD drawings.
* Managing contractors and monitoring project delivery.
* Carrying out pre and post inspections.
* Preparing Disabled Facilities Grant documentation.
* Identifying property defects and recommending solutions.
* Liaising with residents, Occupational Therapists, and contractors.
* Ensuring compliance with H&S and relevant legislation.
About You
* Experience within adaptations, surveying, or housing projects.
* Knowledge of Disabled Facilities Grants.
* AutoCAD experience.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
A DBS check will be required for this position.
