New Business Sales Executive
• Opportunity for growth and development within the company
• Monday to Friday schedule 8.30-17.00, 40 hours per week
• Location: Chelmsford – office based
• Pay: £28K - £32K per year (depending on experience) + OTE
As part of our company's continued expansion, we are seeking a dynamic individual to assist our sales team to generate new local business. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, resilient and self-driven, with telesales and business to business experience.
We are a commercial branding company specialising in the manufacture, supply and install of vehicle graphics nationwide. We also supply and fit signage and architectural films UK-wide. We would love to talk to you if you would like to become part of a tight-knit team with opportunities for growth within the business and increased earnings through meeting and exceeding set targets.
As a New Business Sales Executive, you will be tasked with creating sales opportunities, using proactive activities and move prospects through all stages of the sales process. Day to day duties will include the following but not exhaustive:
- Online research to identify prospect businesses
- Cold calling activity using supplied or self-generated prospect lists
- Cross-checking prospects on CRM and online platforms to identify the validity of each outbound calls/emails
- Suggest marketing content to support prospecting activity
- Manage obstructions to deliver sales opportunities
- Work collaboratively with member of the Joyce Design team to deliver excellent customer service and increase sales turnover
- Account manage your customers to ensure high retention levels
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in telesales
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to build rapport quickly and handle objections
- Customer focused with a professional, positive and proactive attitude
- Able to apply sound business acumen to identify opportunities
- Self-driven to exceed targets
- Basic computer skills and use of CRM
