Qualification required: Minimum of a Level 2 in early years

Your Role:
* Deliver high-quality teaching and play experiences for children.
* Work closely with your team leader and fellow practitioners to create a positive, engaging environment.
* Foster a fun, happy, and stimulating atmosphere where children can thrive.
* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records.
* Ensure adherence to health and safety, safeguarding, and inclusion standards.
What We're Looking For:
* Ideally, an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in childcare.
* A good understanding of the EYFS statutory framework.
* Passion, enthusiasm, and a commitment to providing outstanding childcare.
* A team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
* A DBS check and full pre-employment checks will be required for successful candidates.
