We are looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
* Experience in supervising a team of wait staff.
* Effectively manage staffing costs by preparing efficient work scheduled in line with legal requirements
* On an on-going basis, control and analyse departmental costs
* Experience in restaurants & ability to express your passion for creating one-of-a-kind experiences for our guests and team members, embodying our commitment to exceptional service.
* Dive into meaningful conversations with guests, sharing insights on Sicilian Cuisine, sustainability efforts, and our award-winning environmental initiatives.
* Knowledge of the Italian language will bring some serious flavour to the table!
* Lead by example, setting the tone for our values of growth, integrity, fun and teamwork every step of the way!
