🕒 4 on / 4 off (6pm – 6am, can be flexible)
We’re looking for a Night Shift Transport Admin to join a busy transport office supporting a large 3PL client. If you’re organised, can think on your feet, and don’t mind a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
Helping keep the transport office running smoothly overnight
Speaking with drivers, warehouse staff, and the wider team
Keeping paperwork and systems up to date
Tracking vehicles coming in and out and making sure everything’s on schedule
Dealing with any issues that pop up during the shift
General admin and data entry
What we’re looking for:
Someone organised and reliable
Good communication skills
Able to stay calm when things get busy
Comfortable working nights and sometimes on your own
Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential
What it’s like working here:
It’s a busy environment, especially on nights. Things can change quickly (delays, route changes, last-minute issues), so you’ll need to be able to adapt and think fast. There’s a lot going on, but no two shifts are the same. You’ll be part of a team, but you’ll also need to be confident working independently and making decisions when needed.
