* 14:00 22:00 £14.20 per hour
* 22:00 06:00 £15.29 per hour
About the Role:
Quest Employment are looking for skilled Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join our clients busy warehouse team in Panattoni Park, NN7. This is an ongoing role with a genuine temp-to-perm opportunity for the right candidates.
You will be operating a counterbalance truck (with clamp attachment) to load, unload, and move goods safely around the site, supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate a counterbalance forklift truck (with clamps) safely and efficiently.
* Load and unload vehicles.
* Move, stack, and store products in the correct locations.
* Follow all site health & safety procedures.
* Work collaboratively as part of a friendly, supportive team.
What Were Looking For:
* Valid accredited or In House counterbalance licence
* Previous experience operating forklifts (experience with clamps is an advantage).
* Good attention to detail and safety awareness.
* Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
