Convenience Store Manager - What?
A Store Manager at Greens Retail is responsible for the overall management and operation of your store. We seek exceptional individuals who embrace challenges and strive to deliver one of the best convenience stores in the country. Your typical day will involve:
* Leading and developing a strong team to provide excellent customer service
* Creating an exceptional working environment
* Building strong relationships with the local community and hosting events
* Managing daily store operations to ensure high standards
* Recruiting, mentoring, training colleagues, and shift planning
* Driving the store and business forward, meeting KPIs, and preparing for the future
* Ensuring a clean, efficient operation compliant with health & safety standards and procedures
Managers are expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, including evenings and weekends, with flexibility in working hours based on store needs. The usual place of work is the Markinch store, but support may be required at other stores within a 25-mile radius. A full UK driving license and personal vehicle are essential, with mileage reimbursed for business travel.

What do I need?
* Preferred experience in Food Retail
Beyond this, you should have a willingness to deliver, be passionate about retail, and possess a strong attention to detail.
