The Field Sales Consultant role is a field-based position where you will visit both new and existing customers to build relationships and sell our washroom services. You will manage a portfolio of existing customers and develop new sales opportunities through enquiries and internal leads. Daily travel is required, so you should be comfortable being on the move. Providing excellent customer service is essential to ensure our customers are satisfied.


Overview

Initial Washroom Hygiene – Field Sales Consultant | Croydon branch covering SE London and Bromley areas. We offer a role where you can plan your day and solve unique customer problems in person.


Responsibilities

* Visit new and existing customers to build relationships and sell washroom services.
* Manage a portfolio of existing customers and generate new sales opportunities via enquiries and internal leads.
* Provide excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
* Travel as part of daily responsibilities and work face-to-face with customers.


Requirements

* Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Excellent problem solver
* Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Background in retail or sales is advantageous as you will be expected to work face-to-face with customers regularly.
