We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Systems Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will manage and continuously improve our business systems and IT asset processes, ensuring accurate data, secure user access, and timely reporting. Your work will enable teams across OnSite, IWS M\&E, and G Stow to operate efficiently and compliantly. The Role Hardware Management: Order, set up, and check compliance of new and replacement devices. System Administration: Manage EasyBOP for starters and leavers, permissions, password resets, smart form creation, and issue logging. Integration Projects: Support implementation between EasyBOP, MiHub, EcoOnline, and Oracle systems. Reporting: Produce a range of monthly reports, utilising advanced Excel skills and developing Power BI dashboards. User Training: Training new starters on the functions and use of all internal systems. User Support: Maintain IT contact lists, Office accounts, and create new IT user accounts. Compliance: Ensure data accuracy and system security across platforms. What You'll Need ICT Level 2 and Business Administration NVQ Level 3 Diploma (or equivalent). Experience managing IT systems, device lifecycle, and user onboarding. Familiarity with Power BI dashboards and cybersecurity awareness. Strong customer service skills (verbal and written). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project). PowerBi experience beneficial but not essential Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. Positive, solution-focused attitude with attention to detail.
