They now have an opportunity available for a Registered Nurse to join their medium-sized nursing home in West Lothian. The home supports older people to lead their best lives with personalized nursing and nursing dementia care. The service offers many facilities for residents to enjoy such as their on-suite hair salon, sensory garden, and lovely patio area!
The home has a good reputation in the local areas as well as 4’s in all areas with their latest Care Inspectorate report.
The Candidate
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal and clinical care to residents within the service. You will be responsible for supervising the care delivery by both clinical and non-clinical staff members and will work closely with the senior team to ensure CQC standards are exceeded.
This is a permanent position, working either 33 or 44 hours per week on a rotational basis which includes both days and nights.
Requirements
* NMC registration with no limitations to practice
* UK Nursing Experience is essential
* 1 year’s post-registration experience
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Previous experience working in elderly care / care home setting
* UK Citizen, (This role is not offering Sponsorship)
