This is a hands‑on role for someone who wants more than a bench or a desk. As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be out with customers, solving real problems, learning specialist equipment, and building a long‑term technical career with a global manufacturer that genuinely invests in its people.

Responsibilities
* Installing and commissioning equipment at customer sites across the UK
* Carrying out servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance
* Training customers on equipment use, software, and consumables
* Providing technical support via phone, remote access, and site visits
* Managing installations to agreed timelines and customer expectations
* Supporting workshop activities when required, including inspections
Qualifications
* A full UK driving licence
* Basic technical or mechanical understanding
* Experience working with customers or end users in a technical environment
* The ability to follow processes, diagnose faults, and resolve issues
* The right to work in the UK
Working hours
Monday to Friday, standard business hours, with occasional out‑of‑hours callouts on a rota basis.
