Job Duties:
* Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular teacher
* Follow lesson plans provided by the school and ensure the smooth running of the classroom
* Manage student behaviour effectively and create a positive learning environment
* Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and any issues encountered
* Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities as required
Required Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Education:
Degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Previous experience teaching within UK Secondary Schools
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the UK education system and curriculum
* Excellent classroom management skills
* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of different students
Preferred Qualifications:
Additional teaching certifications or postgraduate qualifications
Working Conditions:
* Work in a school environment with students of varying ages and abilities
* Potential for temporary assignments in different schools
* Full-time hours with the possibility of extra responsibilities or duties

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
