Landscape Services are looking for an experienced Tractor Driver who is confident working independently and as part of a wider team with the opportunity to build strong technical capability and contribute to excellent service delivery.

This is a role where sound judgement and technical competence are essential with responsibility for operating and maintaining machinery, planning work effectively and representing Landscape Services professionally.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing tractor operations and mounted implements to deliver high quality grounds maintenance.
* Caring for and inspecting machinery to ensure it is safe, compliant and ready for use.
* Planning and organising materials and resources to support efficient service delivery.
* Completing required paperwork, checks and site preparations to meet contractual and legislative requirements.
* Supporting safe working practices by identifying risks and reporting incidents or near misses.
* Responding to seasonal or weather‑related tasks such as snow clearance when required.
* Liaising with customers on site to resolve issues and ensure a positive service experience.
* Using company IT systems to record daily activity and maintain accurate work records.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience operating tractors and tractor‑mounted implements.
* Strong understanding of machinery maintenance and safe working practices.
* Ability to use basic IT on a company mobile device to update tasks and records through Joblogic.
* The ability to plan work, manage time effectively and maintain high standards.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer‑focused approach.
* A proactive, reliable and solutions‑focused mindset.
* Full UK driving licence (Category B).
* PA1A/PA6A qualifications are desirable but not essential.
