About the Role Lead the culinary operation and maintain high food standards
Deliver quality dishes and enhance overall food service
Create a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
Manage ordering, stock, waste and budgets
Ensure excellent hygiene and full safety compliance
Represent Compass Group UK&I professionally
