Job Overview
NIKE Unite Teesside is looking for the next part-time (20 hours) Retail Assistant to join our team and provide world-class service to the consumer.
Responsibilities
* Use your expertise in exceptional consumer service and product knowledge to deliver a premium brand experience to our consumers.
* Assist retail leads and floor managers (Coaches) in training new employees.
* Support various store departments (e.g., operate cash register, manage incoming and outgoing goods, refill products on shop floor, build visual displays) and recommend appropriate products to reach sales targets.
* Use your knowledge of digital devices to create a bond between online and offline sales or services in the store.
* Inform consumers and new teammates about NIKE products and services.
* Improve your own knowledge via tools and training courses to stay up to date and seek more insights on sales trends, NIKE products, services, and culture.

Qualifications
* Customer service and/or retail experience preferred.
* Effective communicator, brand ambassador, and collaborative teammate.
* Demonstrated ability to apply product sales techniques.
* Flexible with scheduling and available to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays, based on department and store/company needs.
Availability
* Part-time 20 hours per week.
* Must be available weekends.
* Available between 7am - 9pm.
