Key Responsibilities
As a Chef, you'll play an important role in maintaining high standards across the kitchen by:
Managing your designated kitchen section efficiently during service
Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard
Monitoring stock levels and helping to minimise waste
Ordering and storing provisions correctly to maintain quality and budgets
Supervising and mentoring junior kitchen team members
Maintaining excellent hygiene, food safety, and compliance standards
Supporting the wider team to deliver exceptional service
What we're looking for

Flexible and adaptable to different kitchen environments
Experienced in a professional kitchen environment
Confident running their own section
Passionate about producing high-quality food
Strong communicators who work well as part of a team
Experienced as a Chef de Partie or looking to further develop their skills
Based in or able to commute to Amesbury and surrounding areas including Salisbury
