Junior NPD Technologist
Location: Manchester (On-Site Role)
Salary: £28k - £30k

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a proven interest in product development, excited by the chance to work on exciting new beverage & food concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the end-to-end NPD process from concept to launch.
* Develop & refine formulations, ensuring quality & compliance with industry standards.
* Conduct taste panels, ingredient trials & production/sensory trials.
* Work closely with suppliers, production & marketing teams.
* Analyse market trends & consumer insights to drive innovation.
About You:
* Ideally NPD experience in the food/beverage industry.
* Strong knowledge of ingredient functionality, flavour development & formulation.
* Excellent problem-solving & communication skills.
* A keen eye for detail & strong mathematical skills for formulation accuracy.
