What you'll be doing:

Our Customer Services team is the frontline of our business, delivering outstanding support and tailored solutions to our customers throughout their journey with us. You’ll make informed decisions, ensure compliance, and help us meet key service standards and SLAs — all while working collaboratively with a supportive team.

* Manage and assess death, ill health, and accident claims across a range of products, delivering a professional and compassionate service.
* Use active listening to understand customer needs and gather all necessary information for accurate claim assessment.
* Support colleagues daily by sharing knowledge, resolving queries, and maintaining quality and compliance standards.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external parties like solicitors, employers, and local authorities.
* Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations (e.g. FCA, HMRC, DWP) to ensure full compliance and minimise risk.


What we’re looking for:

* Solid understanding of Financial Services, Workplace Pensions, Master Trusts, and Automatic Enrolment regulations.
* Empathy and emotional intelligence to support customers through bereavement and terminal illness journeys.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your time effectively.
* Confident using office systems and tools to stay productive and connected.
