Learning Support Assistant (part & full time - temporary) Lincoln £17,355 - £19,500 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications) March 2026 - ongoing Vision for Education are currently looking to appoint a passionate and highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to support students aged 11 – 19 within mainstream secondary schools and/or colleges. The Learning Support Assistant role is varied and will involve supporting students in small groups and on a 1:1 basis starting ad hoc which may lead to a short/long term contract for the right candidate.
