Role Responsibilities:
* Support campus managers and teaching teams across multiple centres, assisting with daily operations and coordination.
* Implement quality educational programs aligned with Montessori principles and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
* Learn to manage centre teams, oversee compliance, and engage with families.
* Promote and uphold child safety standards, creating an inclusive, nurturing, and safe environment for children.
* Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions.
Candidate Requirements:
* Diploma or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education.
* Interest in leadership roles and long-term growth in the sector.
* Flexibility to work across centres in Melbourne's northern, western, and south-eastern suburbs.
* Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
* Interest in Montessori philosophy (training provided, no prior experience required).
* Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid & CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
