About The Role
One Aftersales is recruiting for an Aftersales Demand Generation Specialist on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis. Please note that this is a PART-TIME position (23.5 hours across 3 consecutive days) and is field-based. The area covered is large and dispersed; we will consider candidates living in the North West, Yorkshire, or Midlands areas.
Reporting to the Demand Generation Manager, you will be responsible for improving the performance of a group of retailers across five brands. Working with stakeholders at site and investor levels, you will identify and diagnose issues, develop, agree upon, and implement actions, and monitor progress until performance improves to an agreed level.
Your focus areas will include, but are not limited to, aftersales marketing, lead management, loyalty product sales, and upsell techniques.
Skills & Experience
* Passion for improving retailer performance and strong commercial acumen
* Self-starter with good organizational skills
* Ability and confidence to engage, present to, and influence a diverse range of stakeholders in various business settings
* Strong coaching skills
* A good understanding of marketing and sales techniques necessary to deliver retailer excellence within aftersales
