Transformation Team Analyst - Finance & Excel Specialist

Salary: £18.66 an hour - Ongoing temporary role
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our clients Transformation Team in Portsmouth. This role is ideal for someone with strong finance knowledge and advanced Excel skills, who thrives on data analysis, problem-solving, and supporting continuous improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve financial spreadsheets and models to support decision-making.
Analyse financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with the Transformation Team to drive efficiency, improve reporting, and streamline processes.
Produce regular financial reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data handled.Skills & Experience Required:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, and ideally VBA/macros).
Experience in a finance, data analysis, or transformation environment.
Excellent numerical and analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
