Salary: £25,400-£27,237plus either a company vehicle or £4,000 vehicle allowance per annum

Purpose of the Role:

The Property Painter is responsible for performing a range of painting tasks across the companys properties. Reporting directly to the Head of Property, you will carry out both responsive and planned painting work to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
