Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager (KAM) for Amazon, the key purpose of the role is to provide administrative and customer support to the wider Amazon team. You will upload and track all internal documentation, subject to clear communication from KAMs. Undertake daily performance tracking. With direction from the sales team, provide ad-hoc analysis, data collection/tracking. Do data entry into required systems and reports (with direction from the sales team). Support the promotional planning process and post-promotion analysis. Take responsibility for achieving excellent levels of delivery of all tasks requested and excellent customer service/customer satisfaction when dealing with Amazon, both internally and externally. Attend all appropriate sales and internal meetings. Collate and communicate new Fan pre-order set-ups with Amazon POC and audit on go-live date for all markets to ensure pre-order buy box is live. Run a weekly audit on live pre-order ASINS to ensure they are live and to log sales performance. Assist in ensuring all new products are set up promptly and audit on-site content to ensure Perfect Launch criteria is met. Collate, communicate, and audit on-site product variations.
