Role Profile:
Working as part of an award-winning UK-wide Corporate Energy team you will have the opportunity to work on a varied range of transactions, deals and advisory matters including:
* Corporate advice,
* Joint ventures,
* M&A
* Fundraisings.
* The team also has a strong reputation its work on community energy projects, often involving co-operatives, and on innovative, ground-breaking new projects.
Candidate Requirements:
* Background in corporate law and/or transactional energy law.
* Strong transactional, deal-focused background.
* Team player and self-motivated.
