Early Years Financial Incentive
Successful applicants will receive a £1000 payment after they have been in the role for 6 months.
To be eligible for a payment, you must either:
– not have worked in a nursery before,
– have worked in a nursery before but not in the last 6 months,
– have worked in a nursery in the last 6 months but on a temporary contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our Hucknall team. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) and possess a strong commitment to fostering the holistic development of children.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
* Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback to parents and carers.
* Support children’s personal, social, and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour and interactions.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and high-quality learning environment.
* Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals, building strong partnerships.
* Ensure compliance with all safeguarding and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or above) is essential.
* Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
* Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
* Passionate about early years education and child development.
* Commitment to continuous professional development.
