The Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Regional Manager is required to work for an established HVAC brand offering advanced systems including single-zone and multi-zone mini-split systems, light commercial units, PTACs, residential furnaces.
The Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Regional Manager must lead efforts in growing awareness, application, and sales across distribution, contractor, architectural, engineering, and design-build channels.
An ideal Regional Sales Manager/Sales Manager/Regional Manager must have relationship with wholesalers, and experience selling residential mini splits or ductless systems. Preferably worked for a HVAC manufacturer.
Package & Location:
* $150K - $220K based on experience and book of business
* Full benefits package
* Located across NJ, NY and PA
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct direct and joint sales calls to architects, engineers, and distributors to promote product ranges (mini-split, light commercial systems, PTAC, residential furnaces)
* Develop and maintain relationships across distributor staff, developers, engineers, and architecture/design firms
* Educate partners on proper application, design, and system selection
* Prepare and deliver training, presentations, and product workshops for internal and external audiences
* Support strategy meetings and business development plans for priority markets or product lines
* Track projects, opportunities, and pipeline activity in Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
Qualifications & Experience:
* Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred
* 5+ years’ sales experience in the HVAC industry as a Sales Manager
* Experience working with HVAC distributors
* Must have relationships with HVAC wholesalers
* Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
