Following a major restaurant transformation with further exciting refurb plans for the hotel and wedding spaces this is the perfect time to come on board and be part of their growth journey.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the Head Chef in leading a brigade of 10 (and growing!)
* Cooking fresh, seasonal dishes using top-quality, locally sourced ingredients
* Preparing menus that change 45 times a year to keep things creative and exciting
* Catering for weddings, conferences, and restaurant service multitasking is key!
* Stepping up confidently in the absence of the Head Chef
* Taking an active role in menu development, ordering, and day-to-day kitchen operations

* A driven Sous Chef with experience in busy restaurants, hotels, or gastro pubs
* A positive attitude and bags of energy were a buzzing venue and need someone to match!
