We partner with a global customer base, providing technical expertise and support in both fixed wing and rotary wing markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with customs and HMRC regulations regarding commodity codes, export licenses, and incoterms.
* Process shipment requests via SAP and manually through the Shipping Request Process (SRF).
* Create Customs Clearance Instructions and ensure courier compliance.
* Schedule deliveries and collections, maintain haulier schedules, and communicate with couriers.
* Obtain shipping quotes, track shipments, and update SAP with airway bill details.
* Complete Dangerous Goods Declarations when applicable.
* Update internal customers on shipment ETA and delays.
* Support the Shipping Coordinator team and report occurrences using the QRQC system.
Job Requirements
Qualifications: GCSE grades 9-4 (A*-C) in English and Maths.
Competencies: Organized, flexible, able to multitask, effective communicator, solutions-focused, curious, and experienced in quality or process-driven workflows.
