Permanent position in Kelvedon, Essex, on-site. Full-time, Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (35 hours) with an annual salary of £29,000‑£32,000 depending on experience.
Key Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
* Manage and develop client accounts and build long‑term relationships
* Lead client meetings (virtual and in‑person)
* Monitor performance and resolve service issues
* Identify service improvements and growth opportunities
* Support team objectives and process improvements
* Coordinate with internal teams, advisors, and surveyors for timely delivery
* Arrange site visits and manage logistics and access
* Process quotations and instructions accurately and on time
* Handle bespoke client requirements and ensure expectations are met
* Conduct audits of account and operational processesTrack and report on account and departmental performance
* Support upselling, cross‑selling, and revenue growth initiatives
* Maintain accurate client records and documentation
* Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO standards
* Contribute to continuous improvement and ad‑hoc projects
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Account Manager position
* Previous client relationship, account management, call centre and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Team collaboration and coordination skills
* IT proficiency (CRM systems, Microsoft Office, reporting tools)
