On behalf of our client based in Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for an experienced Administrator to join a welcoming and friendly team on a full time basis to provide administrative support. The successful candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and also be confident in the use of Microsoft Office.
Main duties:
Acting as first point of contact for enquiries, and directing customers to the relevant departments
Handling queries via email and telephone
Handling any post received
Archiving and filing records both digital and physical copies.
Inputting data onto a bespoke system
Office operations and procedures
General administration duties such as ordering supplies and essentials as needed and Scanning, printing and photocopying
