Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Saturday Dental Receptionist to join our friendly and experienced team at Homemill Dental Care in New Milton.
The essentials:
1. Part time 6 hours
2. Saturdays 8am - 2pm
3. Competitive hourly rate from £ per hour increasing in April 2026
4. Free parking locally
This is a busy reception role to support our well established, 4 surgery private practice. The duties of this role will include but not be limited to:
5. Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner
6. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
7. Answer phone calls and respond to emails
8. Maintain and update patient records
9. Handle patient inquiries about treatments, procedures, and office policies
10. Coordinate with dentists, hygienists, and other colleagues
11. Maintain a clean and organized reception area
About you
We’d love to receive your application to our Receptionist vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
12. Previous front of house Reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this isn’t a must-have)
13. A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
14. Great communication skills, with a passion for delivering great service and building strong relationships with both colleagues and patients
