As a SEN TA you will be working both 1:1 and in small groups with students aged 4–19 who have Autism (ASD) and a variety of other needs, some of which may include challenging behaviours. You’ll provide emotional and physical support, helping students engage with their learning while fostering independence and development. A creative, proactive, and nurturing approach is key—alongside the ability to be consistent and firm when needed.
