IT Support Engineer We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to a wide range of clients, working with the latest Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions. Your role as an IT Support Engineer will include: Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple client environments. Managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Intune. Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, networking, and security issues. Escalating and supporting more complex IT problems with senior engineers. Delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact. What were looking for in an IT Support Engineer: Experience working in an MSP or IT support environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
