IT Support Engineer


We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide technical support to a wide range of clients, working with the latest Microsoft technologies and cloud solutions.


Your role as an IT Support Engineer will include:

* Providing 1st and 2nd line IT support across multiple client environments.

* Managing Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, and Intune.

* Troubleshooting desktops, laptops, networking, and security issues.

* Escalating and supporting more complex IT problems with senior engineers.

* Delivering excellent customer service as the first point of contact.


What were looking for in an IT Support Engineer:

* Experience working in an MSP or IT support environment.

* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.

* Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach.

* A passion for problem solving and delivering high-quality support.
