We're looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our growing team and help support data-driven decision-making and strategic financial planning.

Job Summary

As a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior leadership with insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting. This is an exciting opportunity to make a direct impact in a mission-driven healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the development of financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning
* Analyze financial performance and prepare monthly and quarterly variance reports
* Collaborate with department and facility leaders to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive revenue growth
* Deliver executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations
* Monitor key healthcare metrics including census, labor costs, and reimbursement trends
* Conduct scenario modeling and ROI analysis for new initiatives
* Support the annual budget process, coordinating inputs from cross-functional teams
* Partner with accounting to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting



Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA )
* 4-6 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience; healthcare industry experience highly
* Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex financial modeling)
* Experience with financial planning tools and BI platforms (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Power BI, Tableau)
* Strong understanding of financial statements and healthcare financial metrics
* Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and present insights to cross-functional teams
