We are now looking for an organised and proactive Legal Secretary to support our Agriculture & Rural Property team.
The Role:
You’ll play a key role in providing secretarial and administrative support to our solicitors and fee earners. Your duties will include:
* Preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence
* Managing diaries and scheduling appointments
* Handling file opening/closing and compliance procedures
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, and third parties
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems
* Audio typing

About You:
We are looking for someone who has:
* Previous experience in a legal secretary role (property experience preferred)
* Excellent typing skills and strong attention to detail
* A professional and friendly manner, with good client care skills
* Strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to work
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
A background in rural or agricultural property work is desirable but not essential.
