At Evri, we’re driven by our people and powered by innovation. We’re now looking for an Network Operations & Partner Support Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the growth, onboarding and ongoing administration of our Out of Home (OOH) partner network.
What You’ll Do
As an Network Operations & Partner Support Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our (OOH) partner operations. You’ll ensure new and existing partner locations are accurately onboarded, supported and maintained, while providing first‑class administrative and reporting support to the wider Network Development team. Working closely with Business Development Executives, Regional Managers and senior stakeholders, you’ll help keep our partner network compliant, informed and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input, maintain and update partner data within Salesforce, including account creation, volumes, PiS and CSAT updates.
* Produce and distribute clear, professional communications to our independent shop network.
* Manage shared inboxes, ensuring queries are responded to and actioned within agreed timelines.
* Process change of ownerships, onboarding documentation, financial audits and pay investigations with precision and attention to detail.
* Deliver accurate and timely reporting to network management and senior stakeholders.
* Provide first-line support to Business Development Executives and Regional Managers, ensuring excellent customer service standards.
* Produce written correspondence relating to performance, compliance and contract breaches.
* Identify and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency within network administration.
* Approve new partner sign-ups in line with business audit procedures.
* Coordinate new installs with planning teams and ensure equipment and POS materials are ordered and distributed on time.
* Manage decommissioning processes, ensuring all confidential documentation is removed when contracts end.
* Distribute ParcelShop leads to relevant BDEs and Regional Managers.
* Provide cover and support for monthly and weekly ParcelShop pay processes when required.
* Support the OOH Network Development Manager with ad hoc requests and BAU network activities.
What We’re Looking For
* Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent business experience), with strong English and Maths skills.
* Proven experience using Salesforce or similar CRM system with a high level of data accuracy.
* Strong relationship management skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
* Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to extract insight from data.
* High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently.
* A collaborative team player with a strong customer‑service mindset.
