Our client is a B2B sports betting provider. They are looking for an Account Manager who can deliver exceptional experiences to clients while driving business growth and profitability from their key accounts, which comprise major players in sports betting, media, and sports federations worldwide.
Responsibilities:
* Cultivate strong relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
* Gain a deep understanding of clients' needs and preferences.
* Expand relationships by aligning client needs with our product offerings.
* Introduce B2B partners to new products, games, and features.
* Ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
* Act as a liaison between key clients and internal teams.
* Set and meet partner KPIs and business objectives consistently.
* Deliver exceptional account management service to partners.
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in Account Management / Key Account Management role within B2B igaming provider.
* Ability to understand and fulfill customer needs continuously.
* Proficiency in data analysis for driving improvement.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Effective time management skills.
* In-depth understanding of B2B business operations.
