This is a field-based service and repair role, working on a range of automated gate and perimeter security systems across commercial sites. Key Duties of the Gate & Barrier Engineer * Service and repair automatic gate systems * Maintain traffic barriers, bollards and security blockers * Diagnose faults on gate automation and control systems * Carry out force testing and safety checks * Replace motors, control boards and safety devices * Ensure systems meet safety and compliance standards * Provide professional on-site customer support Key Skills & Background * Experience working with automatic gates or barriers * Strong electrical fault finding skills * Knowledge of gate automation systems * Comfortable working in a field-based role * Good understanding of safety standards * Full UK driving licence * Experience with brands such as FAAC, CAME, BFT, Nice or similar automation systems would be advantageous.
