Summary
Tide Partnership is proud to be working with a homecare provider who are looking to grow its Sales/Business Development team by recruiting a Senior Client Services Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales professional to join an organisation that centre their values around the quality care they provide.
The Role
As the Senior Client Services Advisor, you will be instrumental in the customer journey and sales process of the organisation. Using previous sales and negotiation skills you will provide outstanding communication to potential new customers guiding them through the journey turning the leads into sales for the group.
Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* First point of contact for new leads
* Ensuring key KPI's and targets are being achieved
* Provide outstanding communication and negotiation skills to drive business sales.
* Cross-sell services and organisations part of the group to deliver maximum sales.
* Meet and exceed business targets every month whilst tracking where the sales are coming from.
* Demonstrating excellent customer service throughout the process

Job Criteria - Essential:
* 3 years of Sales experience minimum
* Working knowledge of the home care sector and the services offered
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to objection handle and negotiate
* A track record of delivering results and exceeding targets
